complex, ever changing world. We serve businesses in the U.S., Canada, Australia, and most
recently in the EU. Our founder, Dennis J. Hocker, PhD, PE was born and raised in the central
Pennsylvania area and has served local civic, social, and community organizations for thirty
years.
Genesis Consulting is a division of Genesis Capital Group, Inc. of Las Vegas, NV.
Dr. Dennis Hocker has been helping businesses improve profits for over thirty years. As a senior
executive for a Fortune 500 company, Denny focused on major corporate clients like
Bethlehem Steel, IBM, AMP, and Blue Shield and governmental clients like the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Defense, US Army War College, and the US
Navy.
Since 1994 Dr. Hocker has turned his attention to the backbone of the economy, small to
medium sized businesses. He founded Genesis Capital Group, Inc. to offer financial assistance
and invest in small business. Dennis quickly discovered that small businesses also needed
assistance with general business matters and established Genesis Consulting Group.
Dr. Hocker truly understands the needs of small business. He is a former board member of the
Small Business Development Center, a national email counselor for SCORE, received certified
training from the Small Business Administration, is a Founding Member of the International
Association of Coaches, a Senior Mentor certified by CMT International, and is accredited by
the prestigious Institute for Independent Business based in London.
Dennis provides one-on-one help to companies around the globe. He provides training and
consulting services including: Human resource issue, strategic planning, business plans,
financial evaluation, debt restructuring, refinancing, ownership transition, retirement planning,
business valuations, entity structuring, business start-ups, marketing, employee/management
training, work flow analysis, industrial process analysis, sales tax studies/certification, and
engineering studies.
Dr. Hocker is am executive mentor, coach, and trainer working with senior executives around
